Monty places a strong emphasis on client communication and teamwork with other firm members to secure the best results for his clients. His disciplined approach has resulted in numerous successful trials and settlements in various types of complex civil cases such as dangerous or defective products, commercial truck collisions, medical negligence, and injury or death occurring at the worksite or due to unsafe and dangerous premises.

He is admitted to practice before the Oklahoma Bar and the three United States District Courts of Oklahoma and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
